OM words spells with 'AUM', which signifies in Hindu Methology:
A stands for Creation [ BRAHMA]

U stands for Preservation [VISHNU]

M stands for Destruction or dissolution [ SHIVA]

The three letters also indicates three planes of existence, heaven (swarga), earth (martya) and netherworld (patala)

I regularly use, these words, really brings 'wisdom' or u can say positive thoughts to me.
